3. SPY BLAME

Britain says it is “highly likely” that Russia was behind the poisoning of a former spy and his daughter in the UK. Prime Minister Theresa May said the nerve agent used in the attack was Novichok, developed in the Soviet Union in the 1970s and 1980s. May says there will be consequences if the Kremlin doesn’t have an explanation. BBC
