HEALTH CARE: Senator Mitch McConnell postponed voting on the revised Republican health care bill because GOP Sen. John McCain can’t be there to vote after having a blood clot removed from behind his eye. McConnell needs 50 of the 52 Republican senators to pass the bill, and two have already said they won’t vote for it. The Congressional Budget Office’s analysis was supposed to be released today, but now that’s not happening. CNN

BY THE NUMBERS: President Trump’s 36% approval rating after six months in office is the lowest of any president in the past 70 years, according to the latest poll. It follows news that Donald Trump Jr. met with a Russian lawyer offering damaging information about Hillary Clinton. Almost two-thirds said the meeting was inappropriate, and 60% said Russia tried to influence the campaign. THE HILL
